What data we collect
- Contact and audit forms: your name, email address, phone number, company website, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
- Emails and calls: the details you share when you contact us directly.
- Client work: account access, business information and reports you share with us while we provide our services.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting and security systems record in server logs.
eBay Financial Report Generator
Our free eBay Financial Report Generator processes the CSV files you choose entirely inside your own browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them. To run, the tool downloads its report engine (Pyodide) from a public content delivery network (cdn.jsdelivr.net), which receives your IP address as part of that download.
How we use your data and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or free audit (legitimate interests, or steps before entering into a contract).
- To provide our services and manage our relationship with clients (performance of a contract).
- To keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes (legal obligation).
- To keep our website secure and working properly (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, email and file-storage providers, and accountants. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our team members and service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. When personal data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, and we limit access to what each person needs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Client and financial records are kept for as long as required by law (normally 6 years for accounting records). Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Our website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, such as security, caching and login cookies for site administrators. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
